Refund Policy

We are sorry, but we cannot accept any returns on food or treat items.  We also cannot accept returns on any on-sale or discounted items.  On-sale and discounted sales are final.

We have a 15-day refund / exchange policy on items not noted above.  Please download our Returns and Exchange Form here and follow the directions on the form if you need to return or exchange an item.

We will issue a 100% refund on items that, upon receipt, can be put back on the shelf for immediate sale.  Items that require cleaning (including pet hair, component cleaning or replacement), repackaging, alteration, or have any damage to the item, packaging or any components that affects re-sale will be charged a re-stocking fee determined by Two Salty Dogs Pet Outfitters.

Any credit issued will be to the credit card that was initially charged at the time of purchase.  Any legitimate cash refund will be issued as a check or store credit at the discretion of Two Salty Dogs.

Here’s how:

  1. Download and print a Return or Exchange Form (PDF).
  2. Follow the instructions on the form.
  3. Send your item(s) along with the completed form and a copy of the reciept to:

Please note, we can only issue credit for items purchased directly from Two Salty Dogs Pet Outfitters.
